I love how it helps me remember that joy doesn't have to be complicated. Long evenings, being outside in the garden, gathering with friends, moving my body, and remembering that we don't (and can't!) do life alone. 

That's the spirit behind our Summer of Love... A season devoted to movement, connection, and showing up for yourself - not perfectly, just consistently. To help with that we have a special membership rate and challenge for you!
