Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I sign up for class?
You can sign up through our website or app. We recommend booking ahead to save your spot—especially for evening and weekend classes.

How early can I book a class?
Classes open for booking one month in advance. Go ahead and make a plan for yourself!

What type of classes do you offer?
We offer a range of classes from super slow and relaxing all the way to Inversion Flow! Please check out our class descriptions here. Most classes are beginner-friendly and non-heated.

What should I wear to class?
Wear something comfortable you can move and breathe in. Layers are always a good idea for slower or restorative classes.

What should I bring to class?
It’s always a great idea to bring a water bottle - drink your water! We have all of the props you might need (and then some!), including yoga mats.

How many people are in each class?
Class sizes vary depending on the room, but we keep things intentionally intimate so you have space to move, rest, and feel supported. Max capacity for our large studio is 35, and for our smaller studio it’s 18.

What can I expect during my first class?
You’ll be welcomed in, shown around if it’s your first visit, and invited to move at your own pace. Our teachers offer options throughout class, so you can make the practice your own.

How often should I attend classes?
That’s completely up to you. Some people come once a week, others build a more regular rhythm. We encourage you to listen to your body and find what feels supportive.

I’m a beginner. What classes do you suggest?
Deep Stretch, Chair, Rest, and Guided Relaxation classes are all great places to start. No worries about being new - we’ve all been there, and all of our teachers LOVE sharing their passion with new people!
