Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I sign up for class?
You can sign up through our website or app. We recommend booking ahead to save your spot—especially for evening and weekend classes.

How early can I book a class?
Classes open for booking 2 weeks in advance. Go ahead and make a plan for yourself!

What type of classes do you offer?
We offer a range of classes from super slow and relaxing all the way to Inversion Flow! Please check out our class descriptions here. Most classes are beginner-friendly and non-heated.

What should I wear to class?
Wear something comfortable you can move and breathe in. Layers are always a good idea for slower or restorative classes.

What should I bring to class?
It’s always a great idea to bring a water bottle - drink your water! We have all of the props you might need (and then some!), including yoga mats.

How many people are in each class?
Class sizes vary depending on the room, but we keep things intentionally intimate so you have space to move, rest, and feel supported. Max capacity for our large studio is 35, and for our smaller studio it’s 18.

What can I expect during my first class?
You’ll be welcomed in, shown around if it’s your first visit, and invited to move at your own pace. Our teachers offer options throughout class, so you can make the practice your own.

How often should I attend classes?
That’s completely up to you. Some people come once a week, others build a more regular rhythm. We encourage you to listen to your body and find what feels supportive.

I’m a beginner. What classes do you suggest?
First, No worries about being new - we’ve all been there, and all of our teachers LOVE sharing their passion with new people! Deep Stretch, Chair Yoga, Deep Rest, and Guided Relaxation classes are all great places to start. If you’re looking for a little more movement check out Flow to Rest.

I’m pregnant. What classes do you suggest?

We have Prenatal class! Other than that, pregnant people are welcome to come to any of our classes - we trust that you will know how and when to move your body. Please check with your healthcare provider and let your teacher know you are expecting before class.

  • Are your classes heated?
Our classes are NOT heated. The room will be 70-75 degrees.

    Is there an age requirement?
16+ for regular classes. Younger students may attend with a parent or guardian (please reach out first).

    How early should I arrive?
10–15 minutes before class to get settled.

What do I do when I arrive?
Check in, store your belongings, and settle into the studio. We’ll help you get oriented if it’s your first time.

Where do I put my things?
We have space for your belongings outside of the practice rooms. We recommend bringing only what you need.

Can I bring my phone into class?
We ask that phones are silenced and kept out of the practice space to support a more present, grounded environment.

    What if I’m late?
We start classes on time to create a settled, intentional space. If you happen to get caught by the nearby train, we hold a small 5-minute grace window—but otherwise we ask that you arrive before class begins.

    What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 2 hours in advance. Multiple late cancels or no-shows may incur a fee.

What if I’m on the waitlist?
If a spot opens, you’ll be automatically added and notified. Please remove yourself if your plans change.

    Where should I park?
There is a small parking lot adjacent to our building where you can park, otherwise street parking is available. We also have a secure bike rack in our parking lot.

How do I find the studio?
We’re located on Logan Street, between Goss Ave + Oak Street.
