Expect profound relaxation and nervous system reset.

  • A guided breathwork experience supported by immersive sound. This practice invites you to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with your inner landscape.

Expect intentional breathing techniques followed by restorative stillness with sound elements that support release and integration. Accessible to all levels.

  • A fully supported practice using bolsters, blankets, and props to encourage deep relaxation. Poses are held for extended periods to allow the nervous system to settle and the body to restore.

    Slow. Spacious. Nourishing.

  • A slow-paced class focused on longer-held stretches to support flexibility, joint mobility, and muscular release. Expect a blend of passive and gently active stretches designed to help the body unwind and reset.

Ideal for athletes, desk-sitters, and anyone craving spaciousness.

  • Using soft rollers and small therapy balls, this gentle self-care practice targets fascia, hydration of connective tissue, and nervous system regulation.

Expect slow, intentional movements that improve mobility, reduce tension, and support long-term joint health.

Each MELT + Restore class will rehydrate your connective tissue system, rebalance your nervous system and release stuck stress in your body.

  • An accessible yoga class using a chair for support, balance, and strength-building. Movements may be seated or standing with the chair as a prop.

Designed for beginners, those returning to movement, or anyone seeking a supportive and steady practice. Those who use mobility aids, including wheelchairs, welcome!

  • Half movement. Half restoration.

This 60-minute class begins with 30 minutes of vinyasa-style flow to build warmth and circulation, followed by 30 minutes of fully supported restorative poses to soften and settle.

Perfect for those who want both activation and deep nervous system regulation in one practice.

  • A balanced, all-levels vinyasa style class designed to build strength, mobility, and steady breath awareness. Expect creative sequencing that links movement to breath, with options offered throughout to support a range of experience levels.

This is your go-to, well-rounded practice — grounding, energizing, and accessible.

  • A longevity-centered movement practice designed to help you feel good in your body — now and long term.

Through mobility drills, strength-building patterns, and practical stretches, we’ll explore functional movement that supports daily life, joint health, and sustainable strength. This is less about choreography and more about quality, awareness, and resilience.

  • A dance-inspired vinyasa flow set to fun music.

Groove blends traditional yoga sequencing with rhythmic transitions and fluid repetition, creating a practice that feels playful, musical, and energizing. Expect creative flows, smooth transitions, and moments where movement and music sync in a way that feels natural and freeing.

Come ready to move, sweat a little, and leave lighter.

  • Strength. Rhythm. Release.

Primal Flow blends dynamic yoga with expressive, strength-building movement inspired by instinct and rhythm. Expect strong beats, pulsing holds, core activation, shaking, bouncing, hip circles, and fluid transitions designed to build power and promote somatic release.

This class is liberating, playful, and grounding — an invitation to reconnect with both your strength and your softness.

  • Curious. Playful. Upside down.

We’ll begin with a warming vinyasa flow to prepare the body, then spend focused time exploring inversions using wall support and skill-building drills. The final portion cools down and integrates the practice.

Participants should feel comfortable being upside down and ready to explore with patience and curiosity.
