Spend your afternoon in a gentle yoga practice led by Nikki Tonini that will guide you from mindful movement into stillness, woven together with a sound bath by Sarah Lashbrook. We’ll close our time together with a Kava ceremony, prepared and presented by Damen McDonald. Kava is an Earthy, calming drink that invites relaxation, connection, and presence.
