This workshop is designed to help you build a strong and comfortable foundation for your practice.
Together we’ll break down common yoga poses, explore healthy alignment, and practice linking movement with breath in a supportive, low-pressure environment. You’ll also learn how to use props, modify poses for your body, and navigate a typical yoga class with ease.
There will be plenty of time for questions, exploration, and hands-on guidance so you can leave feeling more confident stepping onto the mat.
