At Heart Thread Collective, we use a simple guide to help you choose the class that meets you where you are. Each class also includes a short experience tag (All Levels, Skill-Building, Strength-Focused, Deep Rest, etc.) to help you understand the overall feel.

We’ll begin with a warming vinyasa flow to prepare the body, then spend focused time exploring inversions using wall support and skill-building drills. The final portion cools down and integrates the practice.
Participants should feel comfortable being upside down and ready to explore with patience and curiosity.

Through mobility drills, strength-building patterns, and practical stretches, we’ll explore functional movement that supports daily life, joint health, and sustainable strength. This is less about choreography and more about quality, awareness, and resilience.

This 60-minute class begins with 30 minutes of vinyasa-style flow to build warmth and circulation, followed by 30 minutes of fully supported restorative poses to soften and settle.

Expect a thoughtful sequence that weaves together gentle strength-building, powerful supportive poses, breath-led movement, and intentional rest. Each practice is designed to help alleviate common pregnancy discomforts, increase pelvic floor awareness, and build confidence in preparation for labor.
We’ll close with deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra (think savasana to the tenth power) to support profound relaxation and integration.
This is a safe, welcoming space free from outside pressures — where community naturally forms through shared introductions, connection, and honest conversation about the emotional and physical shifts of pregnancy.
