Our host for the weekend, Firelight Camps, offers us an elevated camping experience within a fairy forest. Each giant safari tent features real furniture (including a dreamy mattress!) and a private deck. Glance to the sky for your favorite constellation, or out into the trees to watch fireflies dance with the glowing orbs of your provided lantern. Clearly marked paths will lead you to the hospitality tent, where you can play games and mingle, read a book, charge your electronics (if needed), or just sit by the campfire sipping a glass of wine. A short walk leads you to the bathhouse, with running water and hot showers. Treat yourself to the onsite August Moon Spa, either with a spa treatment, or a $7 day pass to their tranquility rooms, sauna, and steam room.

Each morning we will greet the day, and in the evening say farewell to the sun and greet the moon, with yoga taught by Rachel in Firelight's beautiful indoor/outdoor yoga tent. Rachel works with various levels of students in her daily teaching, and will tailor each class for all experience levels and the energy of the group.

Centrally located in the rolling hills of Upstate NY at the southern tip of Cayuga Lake, Ithaca boasts marvelous views, stunning sunsets, and super friendly people. The Finger Lakes region is known for its commitment to farm fresh food, local cuisine, and award winning wines - all of which you will get to experience this weekend!

Our wine tour partner for the weekend is Experience! the Finger Lakes, the #1 wine touring company in the region. E!FLX has developed relationships with many amazing wineries, and will take us on a magical tour that includes: barrel cellar tastings, nibbles of local cheese, VIP treatment at each of our stops, special reserve wines, chocolate(!), and more. The wine tour will be focused on a dry style Vinifera palette, but don't worry sweeties, we have wine for you too!

Schedule:

Friday

3pm check-in at Firelight - feel free to come early and explore the area (there are many waterfalls and beautiful things to see - ask for some suggestions!), book a treatment at August Moon Spa, or just enjoy the spa's tranquility rooms, sauna, and steam room with the $7 day pass

4:45pm Welcome meeting and yoga

6:45pm Finger Lakes Wine Happy Hour with local treats to nibble

8pm Twilight Farm Fresh Family Style Wine dinner, followed by smore's around the campfire!

Saturday

8:30am Good Morning Yoga

9:30am Breakfast

11am Depart for wine tour with E!FLX (includes local boxed lunch, 3 winery stops, all wine tastings, nibbles and snacks along the way, local food pairings, cellar tour, barrel tastings, etc)

5pm Return to Firelight Camps

6:15pm Restorative Yoga

7:45pm Dinner and Dancing around the campfire :)

Sunday

8:30am Good Morning Yoga

9:30am Breakfast

11am Checkout

11:30am You choose! Hike to explore Buttermilk Falls State Park, with waterfalls and swimming holes - trail-head is located on Firelight property! Feel free to stay as long as you'd like, or even head into town and check out the Ithaca Farmer's Market. And/or join us on the Ithaca Commons as we celebrate E!FLX's 10 year anniversary (details coming soon!)
